Modular PVC Cooling Tower Fill for Crossflow Towers

Our Modular Cooling Tower Fill is designed for crossflow cooling towers. It consists of three sections: A, B, and C. Sections A and C are both 600 mm wide, while the middle section B can be supplied in 600 mm or 300 mm widths. This makes it easier to adjust the overall fill width to suit different cooling tower layouts.

The fill has a 20 mm pitch and a 5.5° angle, with customized lengths available. You can choose PVC, CPVC, or PP material depending on your project requirements. For installation, the sections can be connected by glue bonding or installed using a hanging system, depending on the tower structure.
