Where Is This Cooling Tower Fill Used?

This type of cooling tower packing is mainly used in counterflow cooling towers. It can be used for cooling tower replacement projects, maintenance work and new tower installations.

The corrugated surface increases the contact area between the circulating water and the airflow. As water flows down through the packing, air moves upward through the fill, allowing heat to transfer from the water to the air.
